Who can join Skill Fortune Academy courses?
Anyone. Our courses are designed for school and college students, job seekers, working professionals and teachers. Each course card shows who it is best suited for.
Are the free courses really free?
Yes. Free courses need only a quick registration with your name and email. There is no payment and no hidden charge.
How do I join a paid programme?
Open the course, try the free first lesson, then pay the course fee by UPI using the details shown on the course page. Enter your name, email and the UPI transaction (UTR) number in the registration form.
How soon will my course be activated after payment?
We verify every payment manually and activate your course within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is active.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any bank UPI app). Some courses also accept bank transfer; the details are on each course page. Please keep your UTR / transaction number for reference.
How long can I access a course?
Access depends on the course and is stated on its page. For example, Communication Skills and Spoken Hindi give one year of access, and the English Phonetics MOOC opens one new week every seven days.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Most courses issue a digital certificate when you complete the course or level and pass its assessment. Certificates can be downloaded and shared online.
Can I study on my mobile phone?
Yes. Every course works in the browser on any Android phone, iPhone, tablet or computer. No special software is needed.
Do I have to finish a course within a fixed time?
Most courses are self-paced: study at the time that suits you. Some open lessons day by day or week by week so that you practise regularly.
I paid but my course is not active, or I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your name, the course, the amount paid and the UTR number. We will check and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund?
Please contact us before paying if you have any doubt about a course. If there is a problem after payment, write to us and we will review your request.
Is Skill Fortune Academy a registered organisation?
